Double stars : H II 16

General information

H II 16 is the double star at magnitude 4 that is placed in Cepheus constellation and has apparent size of 8 angular seconds.
Having high brightness and large apparent size, double star is available for observations through a pair of binoculars or small telescope.

2024-05-15 double star H II 16 will be visible all night. At 22:32 the object will be placed at north, 22° above your horizon, and will be observable until around 04:25 when fade from view as dawn breaks northeast. Maximum elevation, 57° above horizon, will be reached at 04:24, when double star will be placed at northeast.
