Eastern Veil (NGC6995) Observation Details

NGC6995 Daily Motion
NGC6995 will rise before twilight begins, at 13:37, and will reach 71° elevation by the time twilight commences at 19:57. It will reach its transit at 84° by 21:26 and gradually fade away as the night ends at 03:39, maintaining an elevation of around 16°.NGC6995 will be visible until January, 18, when it will move too close to the Sun. During this time, its proximity to the Sun will cause it to disappear from the night sky, making it unobservable for a while.
