How to find NGC2459 using Gemini

Identify Procyon in or near Gemini; the chart shows its position relative to the guide.

From Procyon, move about 5.4° toward the northeast until you reach HYG 38712.0.

From HYG 38712.0, move about 1.1° toward the northwest until you reach NGC2459. This is the target field.
