Center Miaplacidus in the finder or a low-power eyepiece before following the field stars.

From Miaplacidus, move about 5.2° toward the south until you reach HYG 45581.0.

From HYG 45581.0, move about 1.8° toward the south until you reach NGC2915. This is the target field.
