NGC4230 is below the horizon at the selected time. No suitable observing time was found during the next two nights.

Gacrux

Center Gacrux in the finder or a low-power eyepiece before following the field stars.

From Gacrux, move about 2.7° toward the northwest until you reach NGC4230. This is the target field.
