How to find NGC5749 using Scorpius

Identify Rigil Kentaurus in or near Scorpius; the chart shows its position relative to the guide.

From Rigil Kentaurus, move about 5.3° toward the north until you reach HYG 72121.0.

From HYG 72121.0, move about 1.2° toward the northeast until you reach NGC5749. This is the target field.
