How to find NGC6640 using LYRA

Begin with LYRA, then follow the reference stars toward NGC6640.

Identify Vega in or near LYRA; the chart shows its position relative to the guide.

From Vega, move about 4.3° toward the south until you reach HYG 91119.0.

From HYG 91119.0, move about 1.5° toward the west until you reach NGC6640. This is the target field.
