How to find IC1628 using Pegasus

From Diphda, move about 3.9° toward the south until you reach HYG 3741.0.

From HYG 3741.0, move about 6.3° toward the south until you reach HYG 4363.0.

From HYG 4363.0, move about 2.9° toward the east until you reach IC1628. This is the target field.
