How to find IC2087 using Taurus

Begin with Taurus, then follow the reference stars toward IC2087.

Identify Aldebaran in or near Taurus; the chart shows its position relative to the guide.

From Aldebaran, move about 6.6° toward the north until you reach HYG 21881.0.

From HYG 21881.0, move about 2.8° toward the north until you reach IC2087. This is the target field.
