How to find NGC6811 using Cygnus

Begin with Cygnus, then follow the reference stars toward NGC6811.

Identify Sadr in or near Cygnus; the chart shows its position relative to the guide.

From Sadr, move about 2.4° toward the northwest until you reach HYG 99749.0.

From HYG 99749.0, move about 6.1° toward the northwest until you reach Fawaris.

From Fawaris, move about 1.8° toward the northwest until you reach NGC6811. This is the target field.
